I have done my share of interviewing and can bear witness to the risks of being ill-prepared. Remember the 5 P’s – Poor Preparation Prevents Peak Performance or, put another way, Perfect Planning Prevents Poor Performance. The key here is to make sure you cover the ground and do the basic research properly. If you don’t, you are on the back foot straight away.
