2 Simple Steps to Being a Great Leader
During one of my quiet moments chained to my desk during the lockdown, I came across a great, but short article on Inc.com about great leadership. It reminded me of the many occasions when I’ve visited a customer for the first time to find an absence of these 2 critical things. And the irony is that they are simple gaps to fill.

Ok, it will take longer than 2 minutes to implement (or it better had!), but it’s so worthwhile. I’ve seen the positive impact they have had on our customers and more importantly, their staff morale, customer satisfaction and ultimately, their bottom lines.
