The executive team are successful business strategists and entrepreneurs who specialise in helping clients to increase profits and grow revenues - without cutting costs . Based on their combined experiences they have developed a unique and practical approach to maximise their clients' investments in sales.

Originally qualified as a surveyor and planner, on leaving university, Chris enjoyed 15 years experience in public policy planning. This included infrastructure development and deployment as well as financial strategy, and developed his skills as a negotiator as well as an understanding of complex infrastructure projects.

Joining ICL (Fujitsu) in 1986, Chris has developed a successful career in sales and sales management covering the development and management of direct and indirect sales channels, both in core and new business. These included strategic account management and new business operations worldwide.

Latterly, Chris was CRM Sales Director before leaving ICL in 2001 to set up Koru Consulting.

 

Steve Rowe, Key Client Development specialist

Steve is a very experienced senior sales and marketing director. He has worked in these disciplines for over 25 years, primarily with the Fujitsu group but latterly as a consultant. The roles Steve has fulfilled include:

  • National Sales Manager for the largest supplier to the local government and health markets in the UK

  • Design and implementation of a company wide Key Client strategy involving over 60 key client account managers across Europe

  • Provision of functional leadership to Fujitsu group multinational account teams

  • Establishing and managing a commercial organisation from an in house software capability

  • Managing Fujitsu's Nordic IT commodity products division, based in Stockholm

  • Designing, implementing and managing third party distribution channels

  • Managing company wide international sales campaigns, designing and implementing incentive schemes, and providing sales advice to the operating board of a major Fujitsu subsidiary

Many of the above roles have carried full profit and loss and balance sheet accountability, and have been subject to external audit.
